Pre-work (30–90 mins) — You’ll complete a short questionnaire and basic lifestyle audit, so I can get clear on what’s going on for you before we meet.

1-hour 1:1 Coaching Session — We meet online or in person: I walk you through the findings, dive into what’s draining you, and help you uncover what’s working.

Strategic Action Plan — You’ll walk away with three personalised, high-impact next steps — simple, realistic, and tailored to your rhythm — to begin restoring energy and enhancing performance.

The session is guided by my proprietary VAC model — Vitality, Alignment, Connection — which examines three corners of sustainable performance:

Vitality: Are your health habits giving you energy or depleting it? We look at lifestyle, recovery, stress load, and what brings you real resilience.

Whether you’re a team on the rise, a leader building culture, or an individual ready to step into your strengths – DISC profiling offers the roadmap. This is about learning to understand behaviours, within yourself and those around you, and channeling that knowledge for sustainable growth and success. Suzanne has decades of leadership, coaching and business experience. She uses DISC profiling to unlock clarity and self-awareness, allowing for real transformation for high-performing teams.

Suzanne Rath offers Advanced DISC Behavioural Profiling, coaching and workshops for individuals, leadership teams, and workplace pairs (eg co-founders, managers and direct reports).

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all printout. It’s a strategic tool, delivered through coaching or workshops, to shift culture, improve relationships, and help people step fully into their strengths. Standard DISC reflection sessions are 90 minutes for individuals, with more time for larger teams or those seeking to explore and address specific issues.
