Suzanne Rath High Performance Speaking & Consulting ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share your personal information when you visit suzannerath.com.au or significantleaders.com.au, register for our events or programmes, or buy from us. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and role.
  • Booking and purchase details, such as the programmes, sessions, memberships or events you sign up for. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card or account details.
  • Your answers to quizzes, scorecards, questionnaires and forms, such as the Significance Scorecard or a speaking enquiry.
  • Content you share in our member areas and communities, such as posts, comments and business offers.
  • Website usage information, such as pages visited and device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

  • To deliver the programmes, coaching, memberships, events and resources you sign up for.
  • To send you the information you asked for, such as masterclass links, recordings or your scorecard results.
  • To send newsletters and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
  • To respond to enquiries, including speaking and workshop enquiries.
  • To improve our website, content and services.
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where needed to run our business, with trusted providers such as:

  • our website, email, booking and membership platform (FG Funnels);
  • our payment processor, PayPal;
  • video and meeting platforms used for online sessions;
  • our accountant and professional advisers.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information.

Cookies

Our websites use cookies to remember your preferences and keep the site working properly. We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking tools. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work as well.

Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
